Berrily: Pill Reminder (お薬 / Tabletten) · Last updated: October 1, 2026

What you take is private. This app is designed so that it stays with you.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account system and no servers of its own. Your medicines, schedules, supply counts, the names you give to people or pets, and the record of what was taken are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud (via Apple’s CloudKit, in your private database), so they come back on a new iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account. We cannot read them. You can turn iCloud sync off in iOS Settings.

Health information

Medicine names and dose records can be sensitive. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, never used for advertising, and never sold. The app does not read from or write to Apple Health.

Notifications, alarms and widgets

Reminders and alarms are scheduled on your device with Apple’s notification and alarm systems. Nothing is sent through any third-party service. To show today’s list, the app keeps a small copy of it on your device for the widget. Reminders, alarms and widgets can show a medicine’s name on your Lock Screen or Home Screen; if you’d rather keep it private, give the medicine a name only you will recognise.

Analytics and advertising

The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated App Store statistics (such as download counts), which cannot identify you.

Purchases and Family Sharing

The one-time purchase (Plus) is handled by Apple’s App Store. We never see your payment details. With Family Sharing, only the purchase is shared — each person’s medicines and records stay in their own iPhone and iCloud.

Deleting your data

Delete a medicine in the app’s list of medicines. Past records keep their own copy of the name, so they stay in History until you swipe them away there. Whatever you delete is removed from your iCloud too. Deleting the app removes the data on that iPhone.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Medicines you record for a child stay on your device and in your iCloud like everything else.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
