My records on a new iPhone? Sign in with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud sync on for the app. Your medicines and history come back on their own after a few minutes on Wi-Fi.
A reminder didn’t come. Allow notifications for the app in iOS Settings. For an important medicine, turn on “Ring as an alarm” on its page: on iOS 26 and later it rings like a Clock alarm, even on silent, on both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
Restoring the purchase. Open Settings in the app → tap the Plus row → “Restore purchase”, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
