My records on a new iPhone? Sign in with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud sync on for the app. Rooms and records come back on their own after a few minutes on Wi-Fi. Before-and-after photos stay on the iPhone they were taken on.
The timer didn’t ring. Allow alarms (or notifications) for the app in iOS Settings. On iOS 26 and later the timer rings like a Clock timer, even with the screen off or an Apple Watch on.
Restoring the purchase. Open Settings in the app → “Every room” → “Restore purchase”, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
